The wonderful folks at the Holiday Inn - Bunker Hill in East Somerville are hosting a public clothing drive to support people in our community who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, poverty, and other challenges. You can donate gently used and new clothing, shoes, and accessories for folks of all ages and genders through October 16th. Click the button below for details and directions.

Are you - or someone you know - seeking a unique part-time position where you'll make a positive impact by providing empowering clothing to our neighbors?

Second Chances is looking for a flexible, enthusiastic team member who will embrace our mission and community.

The Program & Special Projects Associate (part-time) will work with our partners and community members as part of a small team. The successful candidate will provide essential clothing to support our community's wellbeing while furthering Second Chances' mission of clothing and textile reuse and recycling.

Second Chances is the only program in our community providing free and empowering clothing, shoes, and accessories to 500+ homeless and lower-income women, men, and children annually; distributing more than 4,000 pairs of new socks and underwear; and recycling and reusing more than 300,000 pounds of textiles each year.
